My listing process begins with walking through your home and taking extensive notes on features, updates, potential need for repairs, etc. I then do a thorough analysis of comparable sales of homes in your neighborhood and area and adjust those sales based on similar or non-similar features. I then provide this extensive report, along with pricing that takes into account that we are seeing homes typically selling for over asking price.

I use top-of-the-line photography (including drones), videography and 3D tours to get the maximum amount of buyers into the home. We then use a Coming Soon feature whereby showings can be scheduled in advance of the on market date, thereby consolidating the showings to a few weekend days. Take the kids or pups to the lake and your home will be sold by the time you get back!

I make sure to highlight features of the home, by placing notes on these features so buyers don’t miss a thing! We also provide a feature sheet, showcasing everything you love about the home and the neighborhood.

 

We use social media heavily to market our listings and I have a local team of nearly 100 agents who market each other’s listings more maximum visibility. All of these components always get me top dollar for my sellers!
