Honoring Jessica Starr at the Toast of The Town Charity Event
The beloved FOX 2 Meteorologist Jessica Starr was honored at the Toast of The Town charity event hosted by the Novi Chamber of Commerce on Saturday night. Proceeds from the event are going to a 3,200-square-foot splash pad, which will be built at Novi’s Bosco Park in honor of Jessica. This will be an amazing place that promises to bring joy to both children and adults alike. It has been four years since her tragic passing on December 12th, 2018, two months after she had undergone eye surgery to correct her vision.
Melissa Agosta, the Director of the Novi Parks Foundation said in a statement: “Jessica would be elated; she would be so honored, smiling, and so pleased.” It is clear that Jessica was an amazing person who will never be forgotten.
