Molding Processes
Their three types of molding processes are designed to meet your needs. Phenolic Urethane “No-Bake” Sand Molding offers production flexibility, minimal tooling costs, and small to large-run manufacturing quantities with a high-quality finish on produced castings. Shell Molding uses thermally activated resin-bonded sand which produces castings with exceptional as-cast finishes, excellent dimensional stability, and the capability for high production quantities. Lastly, Ceramic Molding utilizes a specialized blend of sands that undergo a baking process yielding castings with superior dimensional stability and surface finishes similar to the lost wax process.
